Ingredients

  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cups boiling water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a 2-quart or larger baking dish, combine the rice, butter, and salt.
