Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Atlantic salmon (roughly four 4-ounce fillets)
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400℉.
  • Rub the oil over all sides of the salmon and then rub in the Cajun seasoning all over.

  • Heat a large, oven-safe pan on medium heat until hot. Add the salmon, flesh-side down, and sear until golden brown (only about 30 seconds to 1 minute). Flip all the pieces over and place the pan in the oven.
  • Bake until the fish flakes easily and a meat thermometer inserted in the flesh reads 120℉, about 2 to 5 minutes depending on the thickness of your salmon. Drizzle over the honey, then cover and let stand for 10 minutes to rest.

  • Uncover and serve!
