Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts about 8 ounces each
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts evenly with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, ensuring the bacon covers as much surface as possible.

- Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in the air-fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 6 minutes per side. After both sides are cooked, increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for 1 additional minute to crisp the bacon.

- Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, remove it from the air fryer. Let it rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute before slicing.
