- 1 pound bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

- Place a cooling rack onto the foil-lined tray. Lay the bacon across the wires. Make sure they aren’t touching.

- Place the tray in the oven, and cook the bacon for 15–20 minutes, depending on how crispy you want it to be and its thickness.
