Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for the avocados in a blender and blend until smooth.
