Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for the avocados in a blender and blend until smooth.

- Add avocados to the blender and blend again until creamy and fully incorporated.

- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve chilled or warm gently over low heat, but do not boil.
