Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet apple cored and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Core and cut the apple into chunks.
