Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet apple cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana sliced
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Core and cut the apple into chunks.

- Slice half a frozen banana.

- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
