1large bell pepperred or yellow, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F for 3 minutes.
Prepare your vegetables. You need to aim for uniform size, this is the easiest way to get even cooking.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper.
Arrange the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You need to avoid overcrowding. If necessary, cook in batches.
Air fry the vegetables for about 8 minutes, give the basket a gentle shake at the halfway point. When done, the veggies should be tender with slightly browned edges. Serve immediately.
