Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 small corn tortillas or flour tortillas
- Olive oil as needed
- Salsa or guacamole for serving
Instructions
- Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover them with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until they are soft and pliable.

- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa, and shredded cheese until well combined. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the bottom edge of each tortilla and roll tightly.

- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Lightly brush the taquitos with olive oil and place them seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
