- 2 large sweet potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wedges are golden and crispy.
