Ingredients
- 14.75 ounces canned flaked salmon drained
- 1 large egg
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- Kosher salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
- Preferred sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Mix together the drained salmon, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

- If the mixture is dry, add a little more mayonnaise to bring it together. If it is too wet, add some more breadcrumbs. Split the mixture into six equal pieces and shape each piece into 1-inch thick patties.

- Set the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon patties in a single layer in the basket and apply cooking spray to the tops.

- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
