Ingredients

  • 14.75 ounces canned flaked salmon drained
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
  • Preferred sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Mix together the drained salmon, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, seafood seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

  • If the mixture is dry, add a little more mayonnaise to bring it together. If it is too wet, add some more breadcrumbs. Split the mixture into six equal pieces and shape each piece into 1-inch thick patties.

  • Set the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon patties in a single layer in the basket and apply cooking spray to the tops.

  • Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
