Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar

Instructions

  • Trim any silver skin or excess fat from the tenderloin. Pat the pork dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear, then rub olive oil over pork to help the seasoning stick.
  • Mix all the seasonings in a bowl and pack onto the pork (you may have a little leftover).
  • Cook at 400°F in your air fryer for 12 mins. Flip and cook for another 10 to 12 mins, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest section reads an internal temperature of 145°F.
  • Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
