Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

- Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Place the coated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Spray lightly with olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes, turning halfway through and spraying again. Chicken should be golden and cooked through.
