Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Clean the potatoes and pat them dry. Make thin slices along each potato, stopping just before you cut through, so the slices stay connected at the bottom.

  • Brush the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring oil gets between the slices. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the potatoes in the air-fryer basket. Keep them apart to ensure even cooking. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
