- 4 slices of day-old bread
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray as needed
- Powdered sugar and fresh fruit for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.

- Allow excess liquid to drip off the slices and transfer them to a greased air fryer basket. Ensure the slices do not overlap. Work in batches if needed.

- Cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm topped with fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
