Instructions
Prepare the Carrots: Peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler and trim off the ends. If the carrots are long, cut them in half, then slice into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
Season the Carrot Fries: In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper. Drizzle the carrot sticks with avocado oil, toss to coat and then sprinkle with the seasoning mix.
Air Fry the Carrot Fries: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with an oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the carrot fries in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-12 minutes. Don't forget to give the gently shake the basket halfway.
Garnish and Serve: Transfer the carrot fries to a serving plate once they are golden and crispy. You can sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
