Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings preferably organic
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce look for a brand with natural ingredients
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted (grass-fed if available)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce opt for an organic brand
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray for a healthier option compared to regular cooking spray

Instructions

  • Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the wings with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Remember, the key to flavor is in the seasoning, so don't be shy!
  • Give your air fryer basket a light spritz with olive oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer for even cooking. Set the air fryer to 380°F and let the wings cook for 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue air frying for another 10 minutes. For that final touch of crispiness, increase the heat to 400°F and cook for an additional 6 minutes. Your kitchen will start to smell amazing!
  • While those wings are getting crispy, grab a small bowl and whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder - the perfect homemade buffalo sauce.
  • Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle your homemade buffalo sauce over the wings and toss them.
  • Plate the wings with a side of celery sticks and a light Greek yogurt-based blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
