Ingredients
- 3 cups white bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl.

- Pour in the warm water and olive oil. Stir until a sticky dough forms. If the dough is too wet, add a little more flour.

- Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 1 to 2 hours until it doubles in size.

- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently punch it down and shape it into a ball. Place it in a lightly greased 7-inch springform pan or on parchment paper, then let it rise for another 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. If using a pan, keep the dough inside; if not, transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined basket.

- Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 350°F and air fry for an additional 20 minutes. The bread is done when its crust is golden and it sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove the bread from the air fryer and place it on a cooling rack. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
