Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2– 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil or oil spray for coating
- 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Combine paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt in a small bowl.

- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, pat dry, and coat with olive oil.
- Apply the spice mixture to both sides of the chicken, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. Lightly oil the air fryer basket and place the chicken breasts presentation side down.

- Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then flip it and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches approximately 165°F, which should take about 8–10 minutes more.
- Generously brush the BBQ sauce over the chicken and return to the air fryer for 1–2 minutes. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
