3portobello mushrooms

Instructions
Slice up the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and peppers.
Heat olive oil in a griddle pan on MED-HIGH heat. Add the veggies. Add in the spices and salt.
Cook for 8 – 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the veggies are charred but still crisp.
