  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin ground
  • ½ tsp paprika smoked
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • ½ tsp Chipotle pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  • Slice up the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and peppers.
  • Heat olive oil in a griddle pan on MED-HIGH heat. Add the veggies. Add in the spices and salt.
