Ingredients

  • 3 ounces pisco brandy
  • 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • A few dashes of Angostura bitters for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
