Ingredients
2ripe avocadospips and peels removed
1cupparsley
1cupmixed herbse.g., mint, basil, chives, and dill
2stalks of spring onionschopped
2tbsplemon juice
¼cupsolive oil
2tspcapers

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into your food processor.
Blend until smooth. You may add a little water if it is a bit thick.
Scoop out into a serving bowl and enjoy as a dressing, a dip, or a spread.
Notes
To make a vegan version of Green Goddess dressing, use a dairy-free yogurt or silken tofu instead of the avocado. (Yes, avocado is considered by some to be non-vegan-friendly because it relies on bees to help it cultivate naturally.) These replacements will still provide the creaminess the avocado did previously. You'll also want to play around with the seasoning as such a major substitution will undoubtedly affect the overall taste.
