Basic Honey Lime Chicken

  • 4 tsp Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp Green tabasco
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the lime juice, tabasco, honey and salt and pepper together. 

  2. Add in the chicken and spoon the marinade over it.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but up to overnight to really bring the flavor!

  3. Spray your grill with a good grill spray and heat to medium heat.

  4. Grill the chicken until no longer pink inside, about 10-12 minutes total, flipping once half way through. Then, transfer to a plate, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.

  5. DEVOUR with your side of choice!
