5corn tortillaspreferably organic
2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1/2tspfine sea saltor to taste

Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
While the air fryer is preheating, take a sharp knife or a pizza cutter and slice the corn tortillas into wedges. You can mimick the shape of traditional tortilla chips (aim for 6 to 8 wedges per tortilla).
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and sea salt and brush each tortilla wedge lightly on both sides.
Arrange the oiled tortilla wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not to overcrowd the basket to allow even air circulation. If your air fryer is too small, work in batches.
Cook the tortilla chips for 4-6 minutes. They can go from perfectly crisp to overly browned VERY quickly so keep an eye on them and take them out when they reach your desired level of crunchiness.
Carefully remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly—they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
