- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz.
- 12 oz. oyster crackers about 5 cups
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it's ready for baking.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, dill weed, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl and drizzle the seasoned oil over them, tossing to coat each cracker.
Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet (they should have space for even baking).
Bake the crackers in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes and stir halfway through.
Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool before serving.
