Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9" x 5" pan.
  • Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the coconut sugar, butter, eggs, and Greek yogurt.
  • Gently fold the mashed bananas into the wet mixture. Blend in the dry ingredients.
