Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients except the white chocolate chips into the bowl of your food processor. Blend everything until it forms a ball.

  • Add the chocolate chips, and pulse to combine it all together.

  • Break off about 2 tablespoons of the mixture at a time, and roll into balls. Place the balls on sheets of wax paper or parchment as you work. They're ready to eat immediately.
