Fried Eggs in the Oven (Sheet Pan)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 12 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Brush a sheet pan with the melted butter so that it is greased all over.
  • Crack the eggs into the sheet pan, and try to get them to spread around the pan so that the yolks aren’t all together, but don’t worry if they aren’t.
  • Sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and place into the oven to bake for 12 - 15 minutes depending on how hard you like them.
