Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Trim the stalky ends of the sprouts and then place them in a large food processor and pulse until they are in small pieces

Transfer to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic and salt

Spread on a large baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes at 350. Stir and then cook another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and fork tender

Toss with the Parmesan and DEVOUR
