Preheat the oven to 350F. Brush a sheet pan with the melted butter so that it is greased all over.
Crack the eggs into the sheet pan, and try to get them to spread around the pan so that the yolks aren’t all together, but don’t worry if they aren’t.
Sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper and place into the oven to bake for 12 – 15 minutes depending on how hard you like them.
