Simple mix the protein powder an cottage cheese in a bowl with a pinch of sweetener, to taste. Then, drizzle on as much melted peanut butter (or any nut butter!) as desired!

Cottage Cheese with Seasoning Salt

Just mix cottage cheese with seasoning salt, to taste. Seriously. That easy. AND, don’t knock it till you try it! Mr. FFF taught me this one and, now that he can’t eat dairy, he misses it so bad. It’s really delish!

Chop some tomato and cucumber and mix with with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (and if you want any other seasonings, but I don’t add any!) and EAT. Fresh, easy and filling!

Fry an egg to your desired level of runny yolk-ness. Then mix cottage cheese with as much pesto as your <3 desired, plus a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place the egg on top and GO TO TOWN. I like my egg nice and runny here!
