Chocolate Covered Raspberries
These 3 ingredient Chocolate Covered Raspberries are simply delicious! It takes no time at all to whip up these fruity and chocolatey treats!
Servings 4 People
- 3 Oz Semi sweet chocolate chips (DF if needed)
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 6oz Package Raspberries
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
In a small, microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave on half power. Cook in 30 seconds intervals, stirring between each interval, until smooth and melted.
Dip each raspberry into the chocolate, lightly shaking off any excess, and place onto the parchment.
Once done, refrigerate 5-10 minutes to set.
