These Mango Popsicles will surely cool you off on a hot summer day! Only 3 simple, healthy ingredients! Fruity, cool, and fresh!

Ingredients
1 1/2CupsFrozen mango chunks,thawed (read notes for fresh)
1/2Cup + 1 TbspFull fat coconut milk
1 1/2TbspHoney or agave
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into silicone popsicle molds (leaving a little room at the top) and place in the sticks.
Freeze until set, about 4 hours.
To remove, run some warm over the molds and remove the popsicles

For fresh:You will need 2 cups of VERY RIPE and soft mango, cubed and lightly packed, 1/3 cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp of honey to make 6 popsNOTE: we do prefer the frozen mango version
