Mango Popsicles

These Mango Popsicles will surely cool you off on a hot summer day! Only 3 simple, healthy ingredients! Fruity, cool, and fresh!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen mango chunks, thawed (read notes for fresh)
  • 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp Full fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey or agave

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into silicone popsicle molds (leaving a little room at the top) and place in the sticks.
  • Freeze until set, about 4 hours.
  • To remove, run some warm over the molds and remove the popsicles
  • EAT!

Notes

For fresh:
You will need 2 cups of VERY RIPE and soft mango, cubed and lightly packed, 1/3 cup coconut milk and 1 tbsp of honey to make 6 pops
NOTE: we do prefer the frozen mango version
