Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs (gluten free if possible)
  • 2 Oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp Parsley, diced
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Large egg, whisked
  • 1 Lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the turkey. Once mixed, add in the turkey and mix until just combined.
  • Scoop into 1 tbsp sized balls (I use a cookie scoop) and place onto the baking sheet, rubbing with the oil.
  • Bake 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F.
  • Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce and DEVOUR!
