Whole30 Mayo

You'll be spreading this deliciously creamy Whole30 Mayo on everything! Only five ingredients and SO easy to make!

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Avocado oil


  • Place the egg in a large food processor and process for 30 seconds.
  • Add the lemon juice, mustard and salt and process for 30 seconds.
  • With the food processor running, drop ONE DROP OF OIL in at a time until you've used 1/4 cup of the oil. You HAVE to go super slow or the mayo won't thicken
  • Once you've used 1/4 cup of the oil you can stream the oil in a slow, thin, steady stream.
  • Spread on everything and DEVOUR!
