Ingredients
2/3CupChicken stock
2/3CupWater
4ozBoneless skinless chicken breast
1/4CupWhole30 Mayo
3TbspCelery,thinly sliced
1tspFresh lemon juice
1/2tspDijon mustard(make sure its whole30)
1/8tspSalt
1/8tspDrilled dill
1/4CupRed seedless grapes,thinly sliced
Instructions
In a medium pot, combine the stock and water and bring to a boil. Add in the chicken, reduce the heat slightly and cook until the chicken is no longer pink inside - about 10-12 minutes.
Drain the chicken and shred or chop into pieces.
Mix all the ingredients, except the grapes and chicken, in a small bowl until well mixed.
