Parmesan Roasted Ranch Cauliflower
This healthy Roasted ranch Cauliflower is flavored with Parmesan, ranch seasoning and toss with avocado for a SUPER easy side dish that is kid friendly!
Servings 4 People, as a side
- 1 Lb Cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Ranch mix (recipe below)
- 2 Tbsp Finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 Large avocado, cubed
Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, toss together the cauliflower and oil. Mix the ranch mix together and add 2 Tbsp of it to the cauliflower, tossing to coat.
Spread onto a large, rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Try to leave some space between then florets.
Cook for 15 mins. Then, stir and cook another 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Transfer to a bowl and toss with the cheese, avocado and another pinch of salt.
