Ingredients
1Lb93% lean ground turkey
2OzFull fat feta cheese
1Large egg,whisked
3TbspFresh parsley,minced
2TbspCoconut flour
1TbspFresh mint, minced
1 1/2tspGarlic powder
1 1/2tspGround basil
1 1/2tspGround oregano
3/4tspCumin
3/4tspGround dill
3/4tspGround thyme
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspGround nutmeg
1/4tspCinnamon
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Use a cookie scoop to place onto the pan in heaping 1 Tbsp sized balls, rolling them into a ball. You should get 20 balls.
Bake until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F, about 10-13 minutes.
Serve as desired and DEVOUR! (I like dipping in tzatziki!)
