Greek Turkey Meatballs

These Greek Turkey Meatballs are mixed with feta cheese and lots of fresh herbs and spices for an easy, healthy, gluten free and low carb dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb 93% lean ground turkey
  • 2 Oz Full fat feta cheese
  • 1 Large egg, whisked
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh mint, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ground oregano
  • 3/4 tsp Cumin
  • 3/4 tsp Ground dill
  • 3/4 tsp Ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Use a cookie scoop to place onto the pan in heaping 1 Tbsp sized balls, rolling them into a ball. You should get 20 balls.
  • Bake until an instant read thermometer inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F, about 10-13 minutes.
  • Serve as desired and DEVOUR! (I like dipping in tzatziki!)
