These Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are only 2 ingredients and are SO easy! They are the crispiest, fluffiest potatoes that you will ever eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Yellow potatoes
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Turn your air fryer onto 400 degrees to heat. While it heats, wash and dry the potatoes well and then cut them into quarters. Toss with olive oil and a good pinch of salt.
  • Lay the potatoes cut-side down in your air-fryer mesh basket and cook for 12 minutes. Then, flip the potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about another 8-10 minutes.
