2tspOlive oil

Instructions
Turn your air fryer onto 400 degrees to heat. While it heats, wash and dry the potatoes well and then cut them into quarters. Toss with olive oil and a good pinch of salt.
Lay the potatoes cut-side down in your air-fryer mesh basket and cook for 12 minutes. Then, flip the potatoes and cook until golden brown and tender, about another 8-10 minutes.
