These Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are SO crispy and use minimal oil! Only 3 ingredients, so easy to make and perfect for easy dinners or meal prep

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Heat your air fryer to 350 degrees
  • Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts, removing and not to nice looking leaves. You should end up with about 3/4 lb of Brussels sprouts after trimming
  • Place the Brussels into a bowl and toss with the olive oil and salt. Remove any of the singular leaves and set them aside for later.
  • Place the Brussels into the mesh basket of your air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Then, shake the basket and cook for another 10-12 minutes until the Brussels look just about done. At this point, toss the singular leaves into the air fryer and cook another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
