Single Serve Cookie Dough Dip

This quick and easy single serve cookie dough dip is a protein-packed way to get your dessert! It's only 4 ingredients, gluten free, under 250 calories and has 18g of protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Monkfruit or Stevia
  • 1 Dannon® Oikos® Vanilla Greek Yogurt Single Serve Container*
  • 1 tsp Mini chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and sweetener until well mixed. Add in 1 tsp of the Greek yogurt and stir until a thick, cookie-dough like mixture forms. Stir in 1/2 tsp of the chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough into small balls and mix into the container of Greek yogurt.  **
  • Top with the remaining chips and DEVOUR!

Notes

*You could use any flavor of these you like - I want to try it with salted caramel!
** You can also just swirl it in!
