Single Serve Cookie Dough Dip
This quick and easy single serve cookie dough dip is a protein-packed way to get your dessert! It's only 4 ingredients, gluten free, under 250 calories and has 18g of protein!
Servings 1 Person
- 1 Tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp Monkfruit or Stevia
- 1 Dannon® Oikos® Vanilla Greek Yogurt Single Serve Container*
- 1 tsp Mini chocolate chips, divided
In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and sweetener until well mixed. Add in 1 tsp of the Greek yogurt and stir until a thick, cookie-dough like mixture forms. Stir in 1/2 tsp of the chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough into small balls and mix into the container of Greek yogurt. **
Top with the remaining chips and DEVOUR!
*You could use any flavor of these you like - I want to try it with salted caramel!
