Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a good processos.
  • Blend until smooth and completely emulsified.
  • Taste for seasoning.
