1tbsphoney
2tbsppeanut butter
2tbspchocolate chips
1sprig of mint
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Place the cottage cheese mixture in a freeze-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer and scoop into bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
