A Painkiller cocktail in a tall glass, garnished with a pineapple wedge and ground nutmeg.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dark rum preferably Pusser's Navy Rum
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • Freshly ground nutmeg optional, for garnish
  • Pineapple wedge or cocktail cherry optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut to the shaker.

  • Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until frothy and well chilled.

  • Fill a highball glass or tiki mug with fresh ice cubes.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
