Ingredients
- 2 ounces dark rum preferably Pusser's Navy Rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- Freshly ground nutmeg optional, for garnish
- Pineapple wedge or cocktail cherry optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut to the shaker.

- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until frothy and well chilled.

- Fill a highball glass or tiki mug with fresh ice cubes.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.

- Garnish with a generous sprinkle of fresh nutmeg. Optionally, add a pineapple wedge and/or cocktail cherry garnish. Serve immediately.
