Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur such as Kahlúa
- 1/2 ounce Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass.

- Slowly layer the Irish cream liqueur over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top of the coffee liqueur.

- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

- Serve immediately. Traditionally, this shot is downed in one go — hands behind your back—but it’s just as good enjoyed any way you like.
