Ingredients
3tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1/4cuphoney
1teaspoondry mustard powder
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
2tablespoonspoppy seeds
salt and pepper
1/2cupolive oil
Instructions
Put the vinegar, honey, dry mustard powder, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper into a jar.
Put the lid on and give it a good shake to start dissolving the honey.
Take the top off and add the oil. Shake again.
Notes
While you don't NEED to toast you poppy seeds, doing so will enhance their flavor. I suggest doing so on LOW on a skillet. Just don't burn them, as they will taste bitter. Let them cool before adding to the dressing.
