- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp Coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Large egg
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Thick slices of bread, of choice
- Coconut oil, for frying
Whisk all the ingredients up to the bread in a large container.
Place the bread in and soak for 3-4 minutes per side.
Melt coconut oil on a large griddle on medium heat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
DEVOUR with topping of choice!
