Ingredients
1
Large, ripe plantain
(Should be mostly black with some yellow skin and soft to the touch)
1
tsp
Avocado oil
(or any neutral flavored oil)
Salt
Instructions
Slice the peel lengthwise and then peel the plantain.
Cut it into 3/4 inch thick slices and toss with oil and a pinch of salt.
Place it in the mesh basket of your air fryer in one layer (important) and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip and cook another 5-8 minutes, depending on how soft your plantain is, until the edges are golden brown but the plantain is soft.
DEVOUR!

Notes
*Note the plantain should be mostly black with some yellow and nice and soft - think about like a banana, so that it's nice and sweet.
