Russet Potato

Garlic powder

Ground mustard
Instructions
Wash and dry the potato. Slice it in half and then into wedges. Dry the wedges off with a paper towel.
Place the wedges into a bowl and toss with the oil.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add to the potatoes, tossing to coat well.
Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees until crispy and golden brown, about 20 mins.
