- 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs (gluten free if possible)
- 2 Oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 Tbsp Parsley, diced
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Large egg, whisked
- 1 Lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
Heat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the turkey. Once mixed, add in the turkey and mix until just combined.
Scoop into 1 tbsp sized balls (I use a cookie scoop) and place onto the baking sheet, rubbing with the oil.
Bake 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center reads 165 degrees F.
Serve with your favorite pasta and sauce and DEVOUR!
