Ingredients
1TbspSlivered almonds(5g)
2TbspDates, roughly chopped(25g or about 3 large dates)
1PackageQurr Toned Chocolate Raspberry Powder
1tspCocoa powder
1tspHoney,divided
1TbspRaspberries
Instructions
In a SMALL food processor (mine is 3 cups) process the almonds until crumbly. Add in the dates and process until broken down and a crumble mixture forms.
Add in the Qur powder, along with the cocoa powder and blend until combined. Add in 1/2 tsp of the honey and blend until a sticky, crumble dough forms.
Line 1 muffin cavity from a muffin pan with parchment paper. Press the crumbly dough in, really packing it in tight.
In a small bowl, mash together the remaining 1/2 tsp of honey with the raspberries and spread on top.
Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, if desired (it makes it a little more chewy.)
