Raw Single Serving Brownie with Raspberries

This no-bake single serving brownie is low fat, ready in 5 mins and has a secret, muscle-building ingredient! The perfect post workout snack or anytime treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Slivered almonds (5g)
  • 2 Tbsp Dates, roughly chopped (25g or about 3 large dates)
  • 1 Package Qurr Toned Chocolate Raspberry Powder
  • 1 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Honey, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a SMALL food processor (mine is 3 cups) process the almonds until crumbly. Add in the dates and process until broken down and a crumble mixture forms.

  2. Add in the Qur powder, along with the cocoa powder and blend until combined. Add in 1/2 tsp of the honey and blend until a sticky, crumble dough forms.

  3. Line 1 muffin cavity from a muffin pan with parchment paper. Press the crumbly dough in, really packing it in tight. 

  4. In a small bowl, mash together the remaining 1/2 tsp of honey with the raspberries and spread on top.

  5. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, if desired (it makes it a little more chewy.)
